• He has core experience in fund raising, structuring, equity research, fund management, debt syndication, private equity including origination, evaluation, negotiations, documentation, investor reporting & relationship, during his career spanning 28+ years.
• Mr. Khanna has previously served as Head – Private Equity of SBI Capital Markets Ltd. from July 2007 until  January 2014. Prior to this, he initiated PE Desk in UTI Securities. During his tenure with UTI Group (September 1998 till July 2007), he served in Investment Banking, Equity Research and Fund Management.
